Easy Quiche Recipe: Spinach, Mushroom & Bacon

Hello friends! I'm not gonna lie...this is only the second time in my life I've ever had a quiche. EVER. The first time I was introduced to the deliciousness of a quiche was last semester at my friend Kayla's house. She and her roommates had me over for dinner and they made a vegetarian quiche! It seemed so easy and simple to make, that I wanted to try it for myself...So I did! And it came out REALLY good. It's the perfect light, customizable meal. It's also easy to substitute the bacon for a healthier meat! I would say this is the perfect recipe for those of you who claim to be terrible at cooking!

As per usual ingredient measurements are approximate. Cooking isn't a science! It's an art! Find what best works with your tastebuds by taking a chance!

-1 frozen pie crust
-1/2 to 3/4 of a bundle of Spinach leaves
-1/2 a container of mushrooms (chopped into chunks)
-4 eggs
-4 splashes of milk
-1/2 a pack of bacon (cut into bite sized pieces)
 -Shredded cheese of choice

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2) If needed, remove stems of spinach leaves.
3) Chop mushrooms into manageable chunks
4) Heat and grease large frying pan
5) Pan fry spinach and mushrooms until mostly cooked. Set aside
6) Cut bacon into bit sized pieces, then fry until cooked. Set aside.
7) Disperse bacon, mushrooms and spinach in your pie crust evenly.
8) Crack and beat 4 whole eggs in a bowl. Pour evenly into pie crust.
9) Add 4 splashes (give or take) of milk to the top, evenly.
10) Place in center rack of oven and cook for 30 mins.
11) Turn off oven and remove quiche. Top with shredded cheese and return to oven for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
12) Cut and serve!

Seriously though guys, this is by far the easiest recipe I've ever done! It's almost mindless to make!
